Two Blocking Issues Android

We recently rebuilt our Android app with targetSdk 36 and found two blocking issues in the generated Android project. Both worked correctly in our previous targetSdk 34 build.

Keyboard / Layout Issue
When the keyboard opens, the WebView content shifts upward instead of resizing correctly to the available space. This affects screens with text inputs across the app, not just Chat.
Our investigation indicates that the native SystemBarManager.kt handles system-bar insets but does not account for the keyboard (IME) inset when applying the layout padding.
We confirmed this using Chrome DevTools by comparing the WebView viewport values with the keyboard closed and open. With the keyboard open, window.innerHeight remains unchanged while visualViewport.height decreases and visualViewport.offsetTop increases.
Camera Attachment Issue
When Adding Attachment → Camera → Capture → Confirm
The app reloads/recreates the Activity, the dialog closes, and any entered data is lost instead of attaching the image.
We confirmed the WebView is recreated when returning from the camera using a test marker in the WebView, Activity logs, and the Chrome DevTools connection dropping when the camera flow completes.
Our investigation indicates that the Activity configuration in the generated AndroidManifest.xml does not handle the configuration change that occurs during the camera flow, resulting in Activity recreation.
Both issues are currently blocking our targetSdk 36 release.
Could you please review these findings and address the underlying issues in the Median-generated Android project/template so they are handled correctly in future builds?
