We are experiencing an issue where clicking a verified deep link successfully opens our native Median app, but instead of routing the webview to the specific target path, the app consistently drops the user onto the configured Initial URL (the homepage).

Hi, I'm hoping for some help diagnosing an issue that appeared between our TestFlight build and our App Store release.

Summary: Push notifications using targetUrl in Additional Data (per your docs: median.co/docs/open-url-from-notification) correctly deep-link into the app on warm start (app already open/backgrounded), but on cold start (app not running), tapping the notification opens the app at the homepage instead of the target URL.
What changed: This worked correctly in our TestFlight build (tested prior to release). After submitting to the App Store in mid-May, cold-start deep linking broke. We also noticed a new "Powered by Median" native launch screen appeared around this time, suggesting our App Store build was running a newer/different native wrapper version than our working TestFlight build.
We've since rebuilt and resubmitted (approved and live on our test devices as of yesterday -6th July 2026) with no other changes - the issue persists identically. So this isn't a stale-build issue; the current build has the same problem.

I’m testing my iOS TestFlight build for Boxing Predicos and I’m seeing a bridge/runtime mismatch.

My Apple Developer API is connected and has Admin access. My Bundle ID, Distribution Certificate, and App Store provisioning profile all exist and match. However, the Distribution Profile dropdown in Build & Deployment → Automatic (API) is empty. Can you refresh or resync my provisioning profiles? It appears the API is not retrieving them.

I have converted my website into an Android app using Median.
My website uses Razorpay Standard Checkout for payments.
Everything works correctly in browsers:
On desktop, the UPI QR code is displayed.
On mobile browsers, it opens installed UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, etc.).
However, inside my Median Android app, Razorpay Checkout only shows Card, Netbanking and Wallet. The UPI option is completely missing.

Hello, we've added French as a language for our app.

Apple is blocking my app for submission for the following reason:
"Bug description: Tapped 'Take photo' for profile picture and there was no permission request. Able to use camera feature right away."

However within Median I have entered in the information for camera access with the statement as required.
Please provide a solution where I can remedy this issue. Do I need to turn off auto upload to TestFlight and then manually edit source code and upload to test flight?

How can i add a widget support for Android

The best app builder website I've ever found online is yours. I've tested several, but I feel like you're missing an option, maybe it's not there or I haven't found it, which would be to obscure the website when it's converted to an APK. Do you have that option or not?

Hello, I've recently enabled the back button on my app with the settings below, and on iOS 26 (liquid glass), the refresh button and "forward" buttons are always being shown alongside the back button, despite the configuration not matching that. This is the only configuration I've used and my build has these settings (so it's not a config sync issue).
