on the median website when i run the simulation the sidebar is there... however when i go to IOS simulation on xcode it isn't there at first unless i click on something

My app and website have external links which get invoked correctly but when trying to close the browser, the app does not return to same screen. When configured for App Browser and the website is closed by pressing done, the app shows a white screen and then relaunches the external website. When configured for External browser the app just sits on a blank white screen.

I'm not familiar with programming apps. I used median.co for creating android app for my website where I disabled all permission during the process. When I submitted to play store, I selected that I did not collect the data. And I was told it was not correct. Why?
