Questions
iOS rebuild issue, Social Login trial removal and OneSignal push notifications
Hello Median Support,
I'm developing an iOS social networking app called Goodvibe, using Lovable and Median Free. The app is currently being tested through Apple's TestFlight.
I'm experiencing three issues and would appreciate some technical guidance.
1. Unable to permanently remove Social Login trial plugin
I enabled the Essential Social Login trial to investigate Apple Sign In, but discovered it is incompatible with our existing Lovable Cloud authentication.
I've disabled Social Login and attempted to remove it through Native Plugins → Remove → Save.
However, after refreshing Median, Social Login reappears under Added Plugins (switched off).
Could you explain how to permanently remove the trial plugin and restore the Free configuration?
2. iOS rebuild not completing as expected
My existing TestFlight build is version 1.0.0, Build 4.
Median displays the iOS IPA as OUTDATED.
When I click Rebuild, a green progress bar briefly appears, but the page returns to OUTDATED without a clear success or failure message.
No newer build has appeared in App Store Connect.
The Apple Developer API connection and Bundle ID/App Store Connect connection both show CONNECTED.
Could you confirm whether the disabled trial plugin might be preventing the rebuild, and how I can generate and upload a current iOS IPA on Median Free?
3. OneSignal native push notifications
OneSignal is enabled in Median, and the existing in-app notifications work correctly.
However, no native notifications appear on the iPhone lock screen.
OneSignal shows a subscription with:
- Status: Never Subscribed
- Status details: APNs Delegate Never Fired
Goodvibe also does not appear under iPhone Settings → Notifications.
Could the older TestFlight build be missing the native OneSignal configuration? What is the minimum required fix?
I'd appreciate guidance on resolving these issues without upgrading to Essential, as we no longer need the Social Login plugin.
Many thanks,
Paul
