Hello Median Support Team,

We need technical assistance with our existing H&B Marketplace iOS app.

App details:

• App name: H&B
• Website: https://shophbm.com
• Platform: WordPress, WooCommerce, WC Vendors Pro
• App platform: Median.co
• iOS version: 1.0, Build 8
• Apple App Review status: Waiting for Review

Problem:

Our WooCommerce website is intentionally in Coming Soon mode until our public launch.

The H&B iOS app loads https://shophbm.com and displays the Coming Soon page instead of our marketplace products.

Apple reviewers need to access the actual marketplace inside the app while our website remains private.

Already tested:

• WooCommerce private sharing link works in Safari.
• Reviewer login was tested inside the H&B iOS app, but Coming Soon still appears.
• Median Link Handling is configured with “All pages on my domain” set to Internal.
• The app’s Website URL is correctly set to https://shophbm.com.
• We have already submitted our app demonstration video and reviewer information to Apple.

Our questions:

1. Can we initialize the WooCommerce private sharing session inside the existing Median iOS WebView?
2. Is there a supported solution that does not require rebuilding Build 8 or changing the production Website URL?
3. Can we grant access only to Apple reviewers without exposing the marketplace publicly?
4. If a new build is required, what is the safest supported approach?

Please provide specific instructions for our current setup. We want to avoid repeating the troubleshooting steps already completed.
