Subject: Android push – OneSignal shows Delivered but notifications never appear

Hello Median team,

Android push notifications are not displayed in our app (package co.median.android.wenmyyj, app "Rankfit att"). iOS works fine.

Setup:

OneSignal plugin enabled, App ID 158e25b5-9270-4435-b70e-95d25cd6b490
Automatic Registration: Automatic
FCM Service Account JSON uploaded in OneSignal (status: Active)
Legacy Mode setting in App Studio currently shows "Enable"
App installed from Google Play closed testing (version 1.13, version code 34)

Tested on two real devices: Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime (Android 8.0) and Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro (Android 13). Both show as "Subscribed" in OneSignal. Test messages show Delivered 1 / Failed 0, but nothing appears on the devices, even with the app open and notification permissions enabled.

This looks like the issue reported in your forum ("Median Android OneSignal integration": delivered, but notification channels are never created and nothing is displayed). Could you check our build and tell us how to fix it? We can provide a new build or logs if needed.
