Android Simulator: "App Not Installed" toast for showTagsUI()

This issue only happens in the Simulator - not in the live app. When clicking a link with an onclick="median.onesignal.showTagsUI()" set, the Simulator runs into an "App not installed" error which appears as a toast notification. Seems to be just a simulator problem, but making it a lot harder to test the app. Any ideas on a fix?
