iOS IPA build fails silently — build reaches ~90% then reverts to OUTDATED with no error (The True Trace)

Hello, our iOS IPA build for our app "The True Trace" fails silently. In Build & Deploy, clicking Rebuild on the iOS IPA row: the build progresses to about 90% over several minutes, then reverts to OUTDATED with no error message anywhere. This has happened three times today (Oct 19, 2026), including after we accepted Apple's updated Developer Program License Agreement at 10:20 AM Central.

iOS signing appears fully configured: Automatic (API) mode, the Apple Developer API Connection shows CONNECTED, the App Store Connect API key tested valid, our bundle ID shows REGISTERED, the App Store Connect app record shows VERIFIED, and a Distribution Profile is selected. In App Store Connect, the distribution certificate and the App Store provisioning profile are both Active (expiring Oct 2027).

The latest attempt's build tooltip shows Oct 19, 2026 11:38 AM, version and build 1.0.0 (15), but the row never reaches CURRENT. Our iOS source code, Android APK/AAB, and Android source builds are all CURRENT.

Could you please check the build logs on your side and let us know what is failing at the packaging or signing stage? We are on the Starter plan, so the in-dashboard ticket form is not available to us, which is why we are posting here via the support portal as directed.
