Custom Bundle ID and Licensing Options

Hello Median Support,

We're developing Key2, an existing web application, for iOS using Median.

We've already connected our Apple Developer account, registered our current Bundle ID, and successfully verified the App Store Connect record.

We now want to switch to our permanent Bundle ID, com.key2app.key2, before starting TestFlight testing.

We see the Starter license is $229, followed by an annual fee. Before purchasing, we'd like to confirm:

Is a paid Starter license required solely to use our custom Bundle ID?

Is there a lower-cost option for custom identifiers or TestFlight development?

Can we build and upload to TestFlight using the Free plan?

Does the Starter license include everything required to build, sign, and upload the app through our existing Apple Developer account, without additional service fees?

Our goal is simply to package our existing functioning web application for iOS without rebuilding it.
