Google Play rejection: Device and Network Abuse policy

Hello Median team,

My app, DhakaPanel - SMM Panel (Android package: co.median.android.abzzzzw), was rejected by Google Play on October 12, 2026.

Google cited the Device and Network Abuse policy and section 4.9 of the Developer Distribution Agreement. The issue was identified in the in-app experience, and Google stated that the app accesses or uses a service or API in a manner that violates its Terms of Service.

My app uses https://dhakapanel.com. Could you please advise whether any Median configuration or WebView implementation could be contributing to this issue, and what technical checks I should perform?
