Hello Median team. I need help adding a custom notification sound to my Twende Pro Android app. The app currently uses direct Firebase Cloud Messaging. And I want to keep FCM exactly as is. I have the sound file ride_request.wav and uploaded it under OneSignal Notification Sounds as custom_sound 1, but the app still sends notifications directly via FCM. Can you please advise the correct way to make this exact sound play for FCM ride notifications when the driver is in background or locked? Without changing the current FCM setup. If a custom sound is not possible with FCM as configured, please explain the free options, if any.
