Does Rebuild use a fresh fetch of my website, or a cached/previously-crawled copy?

When I click "Rebuild" for my iOS IPA, does Median fetch a fresh copy of my website content at that moment, or could it be using a cached/previously-crawled version of the site from your side? I've confirmed my site's deployed code is correct and up to date (verified directly by fetching the live JS bundle), but the rebuilt app still appears to show older content even after a fresh install from TestFlight. Is there a way to force Median to bypass any caching and pull the current live version?
