Google Play Data safety – which device IDs does my Median app collect?

Hello,

My Android app, built with Median was flagged by Google Play for transmitting "Device or other IDs" that were not declared in the Data safety form.

My own website code does not collect or send any device identifiers, so I believe this comes from the Median app shell.

Could you please tell me:

Which device or app identifiers does a Median Android app collect or transmit by default?
Where is this data sent (to Median, Google, or another third party)?
For what purpose is it used (app functionality, analytics, etc.)?
Is there a recommended way to fill in the Google Play Data safety form for a Median app?
