I am facing an issue with my app. After installing the app, it continuously shows the message:

"Internet is not connected"

even though my internet connection is working properly and other apps/websites are accessing the internet without any problem.

To troubleshoot, I have already:

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Created and deployed the app again.

However, the same issue still persists.

Could you please investigate this issue and help identify the cause? If you need any additional details, screenshots, or logs, I will be happy to provide them.
