Deat Median Team, we received an email from App Store Connect [email protected] on 27 August 2026 with the subkect "You have a message from App Review about WorkTogether App (iOS)."

They say "Since this app hasn’t been updated within the last three years and doesn't meet a minimum download threshold, it’s scheduled to be removed from the App Store in 90 days. We ask that you submit an app update as soon as possible."

Can you tell me if our purchased service from Median takes care of this case?

If not, what's the procedure to send a recompiled version of our app to Apple?
