Follow-up: minSdkVersion question — still awaiting response

Hi Median team,

Following up on a support request I submitted a while back that hasn't received a response yet. I'd really appreciate a status update.

Context: our Android app (4Pets - Cuidando a tu Mascota) currently has minSdkVersion 26, which excludes approximately 1,400+ devices from installing or updating to our new Median-based app. Those users remain stuck on our legacy app (built with a different wrapper) until this is resolved.

My questions:

  1. Is minSdkVersion adjustable directly from App Studio (self-service), or does it require your team to change it on your end?
  2. If it's adjustable on our end, where exactly do I find that setting?
  3. If it requires your team's involvement, what's the lowest minSdkVersion Median currently supports, and what would be the tradeoffs (missing features, plugin compatibility, etc.) of lowering it?
  4. Is there a timeline for a response on this? We've been waiting to fully retire our legacy app until this is resolved.

Thanks for your help,
Tomás
