Subject: Starter licence active but Bundle ID remains locked

Hi Median Support,

I have an active Starter licence on my account, with renewal date 9 August 2027.

However, in Build & Deployment, the iOS Bundle ID and Android Package Name are still locked and Median displays the message that I need to add a paid licence to change them.

I have already purchased and activated the Starter licence.

I need to update the iOS Bundle ID so that this app can be published as an update to my existing app in Apple App Store Connect, rather than creating a new app.

I have temporarily removed the existing app from sale in App Store Connect as requested, but the existing app must remain operational for users who already have it installed.

Please check why my Starter licence is not being applied to this app and unlock/enable the Bundle ID field under my existing Starter licence.

I do not want to purchase another licence or upgrade to Essential/Plus unless you confirm that this is genuinely required.

Please also confirm that changing the Bundle ID and rebuilding the IPA will preserve the existing App Store Connect app identity and allow the new IPA to be submitted as an update.
