App Removed and IOS Bundle ID Still Locked

We have now removed our existing Manpower Management app from sale in App Store Connect as requested. The existing app must remain installed and operational for our current users. However, the iOS Bundle ID field in Median is still locked and cannot be edited.

Please unlock/update the Bundle ID on our Median licence so that we can use the existing Bundle ID of our App Store Connect app and generate a new IPA as an update to the existing application.

We do not want to create a new app. We need the new IPA to be recognised by Apple as an update to the existing app.
