I need to submit my base44 webapp to playstore & applestore. I have few questions:

1. What is the likelihood of getting approved by playstore & applestore if I buy median.co essential or plus plan?
2. Anyone here already submitted base44 app to playstore or applestore using median.co?
3. If the web app is built on base44, how can we send push notifications? Do we have option to send push notifications from median.co?
