Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple both open in an in-app browser sheet with a close (X) button, and the session doesn't persist — user has to log in again on next launch. I've set both accounts.google.com/ and appleid.apple.com/ to Internal in Link Handling, and tried New Windows set to both Blocked and Permitted — no change either way. Is there a webview setting that affects how JavaScript-initiated popup windows (window.open) specifically behave, separate from Link Handling and New Windows?
