Support for native plugin/screen that embeds TomTom Navigation SDK for iOS and Android

Can Median build or support a custom native plugin/screen that embeds the TomTom Navigation SDK for iOS and Android, receives route/user data from the web app through the JavaScript Bridge, and sends navigation events back to the web app?

If yes, then:

Can the plugin present a full-screen native map/navigation view?
Can it support background location and voice guidance?
Can it preserve the active TomTom route and RV routing options?
Can it expose route progress, ETA, off-route, reroute, and arrival events to JavaScript?
Can it support iOS and Android equally?
Would this work with my current Median Starter plan, or require Business/Enterprise/custom work?
Would this architecture support CarPlay and Android Auto later?
Who owns maintenance when TomTom updates its SDK?
