App Store submission-ready IPA

Hello,

I am preparing to submit my iOS app to the App Store.

My Apple Developer account is active, App Store Connect is configured, API keys are connected, and signing shows Connected and Active in Median.

I generated an IPA from Median and attempted to upload it using Apple's Transporter on Windows. Transporter rejects the IPA because AppStoreInfo.plist is missing.

I also do not see an "Upload to App Store Connect" option in my Median dashboard.

Can you confirm whether:

The Free plan can generate an App Store submission-ready IPA?
Xcode archiving from the downloaded ios_source.tar.gz is required for App Store submission?
There is any supported upload path that does not require access to a Mac?
