Issue with IPA build and request for resolution

Hello, I have recently purchased the Starter plan for my app 'Motochart' to generate an IPA build file for App Store distribution.

Despite having completed the payment and entering my custom Bundle ID (com.motorcyclestory.mstory), the 'Build' button for the iOS IPA remains disabled and I cannot download the file.

I have already tried refreshing the page and re-saving the configuration, but it is still not working. Since my main purpose for this subscription is to obtain the IPA file for submission, please resolve this issue immediately.

If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like to request a full refund for my subscription. Please let me know how to proceed.
