Is it possible to change the package name for a published professional app

Unfortunately, the Google Console account that has been created on the account of an employee who has left the company has been closed by Google. As you probably already know, in this case, we need to open a new account, but surprisingly, although the app is not in the Google Play store anymore, we cannot register the App with the same package name. At the same time in Median, we cannot change the package name of an already published application.
