Starter plan – App Store publishing entitlement missing (“Upload to App Store Connect” option not available)

Hi Median team,
I’m a Starter plan ($129/yr) customer attempting my first App Store submission, and I believe my app is missing the internal App Store publishing entitlement.
Current state:
• Starter license active
• App Store Connect API connected (Issuer ID, Key ID, .p8 verified)
• iOS signing set to Generate via API
• Provisioning profile type: Distribution (ACTIVE)
• Custom iOS Bundle ID set: golf.loft19.app
• iOS IPA rebuild completes successfully and shows CURRENT
Issue:
The “Upload to App Store Connect” option does not appear in the iOS IPA dropdown, despite meeting all App Store publishing requirements.
Based on the behavior, this appears to be an internal App Store publishing flag / entitlement that was not enabled for this app after switching from the default co.median.* bundle ID.

Could someone from the Median team please confirm and enable App Store publishing for this app, or advise if an additional step is required on Starter plans?
