Questions

I have a user base of around 5600. In the last two weeks, I have had 4 different people say when they open my app they get a No internet connection, check your connection and try again. They have tried removing the app and installing again from the Play store.

I instructed them to open a browser and go to the same URL my app is built for and they can view the website and log in, browse, etc.. just like they should be able to in the median app.

They say the issue occurs connected to wifi, or just on mobile data.

Any suggestions on what could be happening?
