How to remove the service that's being used from your company on my phone

Your company is allowing a criminal to use your website on my phone for the service to attack me I didn't give anybody permission to link their my device to their computer or other electronic devices this criminal has been harass me and attacking me I need the service that's being used to be removed I am the owner of this phone I'm tired of being attacked this individual is just out there to get your company in trouble and all he's doing is disrespecting it I need the service to be removed at once
